Intro:
Avuá Cachaça Prata is made from pure distilled cane juice and rested in stainless steel which is unlike other iterations from this brand that are aged in a variety of diverse woods.

Nose:
Funky, fun and full of esters and a touch of apple cider vinegar. Light sweetness, mostly sour and tropical esters with a touch of brett funk,.

Taste:
Medium palate, full of cane flavor and spirit-y funk. Esters, vinegar, touch of apple and pineapple.

Finish:
Long finish, light but spirit-y, funk filled once again. Spritely and reminiscent of a Renegade Rum it’s all good things from start to finish.

Overall, this is an enjoyable look at the style, full of character, esters and complexity.
