- Excerpt: The aroma of the rum has strong notes of vanilla, coconut, and baking spices forming the foundation. On the palate the vanilla and coconut from the aroma make a strong entry. As these notes fade, the spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice manifest and linger in a slightly oily finish.
