• Excerpt: Aromas of delicate white flowers, yellow cake batter, over ripe tropical fruits and sweet meadow honey. The palate is fruity and spicy with dried bananas, toasted oak, allspice, mace, citrus peel, white pepper, and spicy ginger. Eclipse finishes moderately dry and spicy with a light essence of an orange twist.
